This Boston Globe article about impacts of Hurricane Earl and SLR has some great examples of local ACTION — aquarium raising electrical equipment, elevation of a sewage treatement plant, AND a town in Massachusetts is giving developers a financial incentive to build above the required flood elevation. Excellent real world examples!
